Description
In 2005, 2010 and 2015, for sample age adults 18 and older who have smoked at least 100 cigarettes in their life (SMOKEV) and are former smokers (SMOKFREQNOW), and in 2022, for sample adults 18 and older who are former smokers, CIGMENTHOLFS indicates whether their usual cigarette brand 12 months before quitting was menthol.
Comparability
This variable is not completely comparable over time. Analysts should refer to the universe tab for changes in the universe across years.
