Description

For sample persons age 18 and over who said yes or maybe (or for whom the response was unknown) to a question about whether they would take a free 2 hours class on reducing the chances of getting cancer, CCLASCOMM reports if the respondent thought a community center would be a convenient location for the cancer class. Respondents were handed a card with the following categories, and could pick more than one: local school, hospital, club meeting, workplace, home, senior center, church, or other place.

For a list of these related variables, see the variable description for
CCLASCHUR, which indicates whether a church would be a convenient location for a class.

CCLASCOMM was part of the 1987 Cancer Supplement.
