Description
For sample persons aged 18 and older who worked last year at a civilian job, who had back pain every day for at least 1 week last year, and who was not bothered by back pain on the day of the interview, BPLASTP reports the time (in time period) since the person's most recent back pain.
Users should combine BPLASTP with BPLASTN, which reports the number for the time period in BPLASTP, to get complete information on when the person's most recent back pain occurred.
This variable was included in the 1988 Occupational Health supplement.
