Description
For female sample persons aged 18 and older who have ever had a live birth, BIRTHAGFLAG indicates whether the person provided a reasonable value for her age when her first child was born. A reasonable value of age is defined to be between 9 and 59 years old.

- 1987: Half of female sample persons age 18+ (excluded from CACT supplement) who have ever given birth to liveborn infant.
