Description

For sample adults, BALRELHAVE indicates whether any of the person's biological relatives, such as parents, brothers, sisters, or children, have had a problem with dizziness, balance, or falling that are not related to aging.

The questions for this variable were part of the Sample Adult Balance Supplement, sponsored by the National Institute on Deafness and Other Communication Disorders.
