Description
For sample adults who reported that they had eaten baked, broiled, or stewed chicken or turkey in the past day, week, month, or year, BAKCHKTP reports what type of unit is being referenced (day, week, month, or year). BAKCHKTP should be used in conjunction with BAKCHKNO, which reports the number of time units. For the portion size consumed, see BAKCHKSIZ.
Universe
- 1987: Half of sample persons age 18+ (excluded from CACT supplement).
- 1992: Half of sample persons age 18+ in quarters 1 and 2 and in 2 weeks of quarter 3 (excluded from CACT supplement).
