Description
For sample adults who responded that they had eaten baked, broiled, or stewed chicken or turkey in the past day, week, month, or year, BAKCHKSIZ reports how large the typical portion was. Response options include "Small", "Medium (2 sm. or 1 lg. piece)", or "Large". To see how often respondents ate chicken or turkey, refer to BAKCHKYR, BAKCHKNO, and BAKCHKTP.
Universe
- 1987: Half of sample persons age 18+ (excluded from CACT supplement) who consumed baked chicken during the past year.
- 1992: Half of sample persons age 18+ in quarters 1 and 2 and in 2 weeks of quarter 3 (excluded from CACT supplement) who consumed baked chicken during the past year.
