Description
For persons aged 64 and younger who have at least eight assistive devices that are not braces, artificial limbs, hearing aids, or white canes and who used their eighth device at work or school and at home or somewhere else in the last 6 months, AD8SAMEHWS reports if the eighth device used at home or somewhere else is the same device that was used at school or work.
