Description
For persons aged 64 and younger who have at least eight assistive devices that are not braces, artificial limbs, hearing aids, or white canes and who used their eighth device at work or school in the last 6 months, AD8HOMEUSE reports if the person used his or her eighth device at home or somewhere else besides school and work.
