Description
For persons aged 64 and younger who have at least six assistive devices that are not braces, artificial limbs, hearing aids, or white canes and who used their sixth device at work or school in the last 6 months, AD6HOMEUSE reports if the person used his or her sixth device at home or somewhere else besides school and work.
