Description

For persons aged 64 and younger who have at least two assistive devices that are not braces, artificial limbs, hearing aids, or white canes and who used their second device at work or school in the last 6 months, AD2HOMEUSE reports if the person used his or her second device at home or somewhere else besides school and work.
