Description
For sample adults, PA18AERSTR reports whether their reported physical activity met the strength and/or aerobic criteria of the 2018 Health and Human Services Physical Activity Guidelines. According to the 2020 Survey Description, the Guidelines "recommend that adults complete at least 150 minutes to 300 minutes of moderate-intensity activity, or 75 minutes to 150 minutes of vigorous-intensity aerobic activity per week, as well as moderate or greater intensity muscle strengthening activities on two or more days a week." This information is reported in MOD10DMIN, VIG10DMIN, and STRONGFWK.
