Description
For sample persons ages 18 and older who reported that their biological father was ever diagnosed with cancer and who provided the first type of cancer which the father was diagnosed as having, FACAN2 reports whether the person's father ever had another kind of cancer diagnosed by a doctor. Please use drop down menus for related variables.
Universe
- 1987: Half of sample persons age 18+ (excluded from CACT supplement) who did not report that they never knew their natural father, whose father was ever diagnosed with cancer, and for whom a valid cancer code for the father's first cancer was reported.
