Description
For persons who had a head injury with loss of consciousness in the past 12 months, who received medical care for the most recent injury of this type, and who stayed in a hospital overnight or longer because of this injury, HINJYREHAB reports whether the person was transferred to a rehabilitation center or extended care facility when he or she was discharged from the hospital because of this head injury.
