Description
For sample persons age 18 and older, WTLOSS2 reports the second best way to lose weight, out of the best two methods that the respondent was asked to choose from the list of 6 methods. These methods include not eating at bedtime, eating fewer calories, taking diet pills, increasing physical activity, not eating fat, and eating grapefruit with each meal.
