Description
For sample persons aged 18 and older who worked at a civilian job last year, who had at least five on-the-job injuries last year resulting in medical attention beyond minor first aid, OR inability to do some work activities, OR loss of consciousness, OR transfer to another job, and who reported seeing a medical person for their fifth injury (WI5SAWDOC), WI5SAWDOCW reports the location where the person first talked to the medical person after the fifth injury occurred.
This variable was included in the 1988 Occupational Health supplement.
