Description
For sample persons aged 18 and older who worked at a civilian job last year, who had at least four on-the-job injuries last year resulting in medical attention beyond minor first aid, OR inability to do some work activities, OR loss of consciousness, OR transfer to another job, and who either changed employers or changed the kind of work performed for the same employer because of the fourth injury, WI4SATNEWK reports if the person is as satisfied, less satisfied or more satisfied with his or her new work or task compared with his or her work prior to the injury.
This variable was included in the 1988 Occupational Health supplement.
