Description
For sample persons aged 18 and older who worked at a civilian job last year, who had at least four on-the-job injuries last year resulting in medical attention beyond minor first aid, OR inability to do some work activities, OR loss of consciousness, OR transfer to another job, and who reported having their eye(s) injured because of the fourth injury, WI4EYEPRO indicates if the person was wearing eye protection over his or her eyes at the time the fourth injury happened.
This variable was included in the 1988 Occupational Health supplement.
