Description
For persons under age 18 whose household sample adult knew the temperature of the hot water in their home, WATEMPDEGRECH reports the approximate temperature in degrees. Persons could report the approximate temperature in categories or in degrees. The answer provided by the household sample adult was applied to the person record for any children under age 18 in the household; children's records should not be interpreted as meaning that the child knew the temperature of the hot water in their home.
Persons could also report the approximate temperature as high, medium or low.
