Description
For sample adults aged 18 and over who reported having at least one top complementary or alternative medicine (CAM) therapy and who used therapy for a specific health problem or condition, USCAUS1 reports if the respondent used the first of his or her top CAM therapies because it treats the cause and not just the symptoms. USCAUS1 can be paired with CAMTHER1, which reports the corresponding CAM therapy that was used for general wellness and disease prevention.
