Description
For sample adults ages 18 and over, SPINYR is a recoded variable that reports the number of times per year the respondent consumed spinach. Researchers may also want to use SPINSIZ, which reports the corresponding portion size.

- 1987: Half of sample persons age 18+ (excluded from CACT supplement).
