For sample persons under age 18, OPNOSEV reports if the person has ever had an operation on the nose, mouth, or pharynx. This includes operations on the nasal bone and skin; nasal sinuses; removal and restoration of teeth and other operations on teeth, gums, and alveoli; operations on the tongue; operations on salivary glands and ducts; operations on tonsils and adenoids; operations on the pharynx; or other operations on the mouth and face not otherwise specified.
