Description

For all injury episodes that occurred during the past 3 months and that occurred while the person was in a motor vehicle, on a bike/scooter/skateboard/skis/horse/etc., or if the person was struck by a vehicle as a pedestrian, IRIMTRAF reports whether the accident occurred on a public highway, street, or road. IRIMTRAF does not include non-traffic areas such as driveways or parking lots.

IRIMTRAF is an injury-level variable.
