For sample persons ages 40 and over who have heard of a digital rectal exam and who have had a digital rectal exam in the past three years because of a health problem, DRXLYUNMD reports if the health problem was an unrelated medical problem.

- 1987: Half of sample persons age 40+ (excluded from CAEP supplement) who have heard of a digital rectal exam and have had exam in the past 3 years due to a health problem.
