Description
For sample persons ages 18 and over with a blood relative who was an alcoholic or problem drinker that did not live with them in their first 18 years, COUSINALC indicates whether the person's cousin was ever an alcoholic or problem drinker other than while living with them during the person's first 18 years of life.
This question is part of the 1988 Alcohol supplement. The person could report relationships for up to five problem drinkers he or she lived with and any additional blood relatives the person did not live with. Please use drop down menus for related variables.
