Description
For female sample persons aged 18 and older who have ever had a live birth, BIRTHAG20 reports if the person was older than 20 years old or if the person was 20 years old or younger when her first child was born.

There are no comparability issues.
Universe
1987: Half of female sample persons age 18+ (excluded from CACT supplement) who have ever given birth to liveborn infant.
