Description
For persons aged 64 and younger who have at least nine assistive devices that are not braces, artificial limbs, hearing aids, or white canes and who used their ninth device at work or school in the last 6 months, AD9HOMEUSE reports if the person used his or her ninth device at home or somewhere else besides school and work.
