Description

For persons aged 64 and younger who have at least one assistive device that is not brace, artificial limb, hearing aid, or white cane and who used their first device at work or school and at home or somewhere else in the last 6 months, AD1SAMEHWS reports if the first device used at home or somewhere else is the same device that was used at school or work.
